Bonnie Ferri, Vice Provost, Graduate and Postdoctoral Education (GPE)
Bonnie Ferri is the vice provost for Graduate and Postdoctoral Education at Georgia Tech, and a professor in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE). Dr. Ferri previously was the vice provost for Graduate Education and Faculty Development and held associate chair positions in ECE, both for undergraduate and for graduate studies.
She has received many honors and awards including the 2017 IEEE Undergraduate Teaching Award and the 2016 Regent’s Award for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning. Ferri was the co-chair of a Georgia Tech campuswide commission on the future of higher education, and she was an invited speaker at a National Academy of Engineering workshop on education. Ferri has also been active with the IEEE Control Systems Society and served two terms on its Board of Governors. She was the program chair for the 1998 American Control Conference and will be the general chair for that conference in 2022.
Ferri received a bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University. After earning these degrees, she worked as an engineer for Honeywell for two years before pursuing a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech. Ferri’s research interests include embedded control systems, engineering education, and real-time computing.

As the Assistant Director of Business Operations and Strategic Initiatives within the Office of Graduate and Postdoctoral Education (GPE), Jaydale Codrington-Poyotte manages personnel support, space and equipment management, budgets and financial planning, project management, and strategic planning. She recently completed a Project Management certification that will help GPE keep on track in pursuing their contributions to the Institute Strategic Plan.

Brittani Hill is the Marketing and Communications Manager in Georgia Tech’s Office of Graduate Education, where she leads strategic communications, creative direction, and event marketing to elevate graduate and postdoctoral education. She brings over a decade of experience in communications and marketing across K–12 education, the corporate sector, and higher education.
A passionate storyteller and effective collaborator, Brittani takes pride in curating campaigns and initiatives that amplify the voices and experiences of graduate students and postdoctoral scholars. She holds a BA in Communications and Public Relations from Georgia Southern University and serves on the Communications Committee for the Georgia Council of Graduate Schools (GCGS). She is driven by a commitment to inclusive storytelling, intentional design, and building community through impactful engagement.

Anastasia Lagmay, Academic Program Manager, School of Modern Languages
Anastasia Lagmay is the Academic Program Manager for the School of Modern Languages at Georgia Tech, where she supports graduate students from inquiry to graduation for the M.S. in Applied Languages and Intercultural Studies and M.S. in Global Media and Cultures degrees. With extensive experience in graduate program management, she previously served as the Graduate Program Coordinator for the School of Life Sciences at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Anastasia holds a B.A. in Media and Communications from Clayton State University and an M.A. in Mass Communications from Georgia State University. Passionate about student success and academic development, she thrives on guiding students through their academic journeys.

Tammy M. McCoy, Assistant Director for TA Development and Future Faculty Initiatives, Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL)
Tammy M. McCoy, Ph.D., is the Assistant Director for TA Development and Future Faculty Initiatives at the Georgia Tech Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL). She actively supports graduate students and post-docs pursuing college teaching careers through TA training, academic career development, and teaching certification. Dr. McCoy earned a Ph.D. and completed a postdoc in materials science and engineering at Georgia Tech, an M.S. in materials engineering from Auburn University, and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Mississippi State University. She taught science at Benjamin Banneker High School, was an instructor in Spelman College's Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry, and was an adjunct instructor in Georgia Perimeter College's Department of Mathematics, Computer Science, and Engineering. Dr. McCoy’s educational approach is connecting, caring for, cheering, and championing others. She aims to cultivate inclusive and supportive spaces that value, empower, and inspire ALL. Dr. McCoy is also a dedicated member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
Christian Middleton, Academic Program Manager I, College of Computing
Christian Middleton has built a career centered on student support, mentorship, and academic program development. She currently serves as the Academic Program Manager for the M.S. and Ph.D. programs in Robotics, where she provides academic guidance, coordinates key initiatives, and collaborates with faculty, students, and campus partners to ensure a positive and enriching academic experience.
Throughout her career, she has worked closely with both undergraduate and graduate students, offering individualized advising and leading programs that promote academic success, career readiness, and personal growth. Her approach is rooted in compassion, purpose, and a deep commitment to helping students reach their fullest potential.
Collaboration has been a cornerstone of her work. She has partnered with deans, faculty, career centers, and departmental units to create holistic student services and experiences. She is also known for organizing impactful events—from orientation sessions and leadership workshops to professional development programs—that foster community and connection.
Christian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of West Georgia and a Master of Divinity from the Interdenominational Theological Center. What drives her most is the opportunity to serve others, uplift students, and support their journeys through higher education with care, intention, and integrity.
Baothinh (Alexus) Nguyen, Program Support Coordinator, Graduate and Postdoctoral Education (GPE)
Alexus Nguyen is an accomplished administrative professional with extensive experience in project management, event coordination, and executive support. Currently serving as a Program Support Coordinator at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Alexus excels in organizing high-profile meetings and events, managing complex schedules, and ensuring seamless operations. With a background in private banking and customer service, Alexus brings a strong skill set in strategic planning, employee coaching, and conflict resolution. Alexus holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Economics from Georgia State University and is proficient in both English and Vietnamese.

Stephanie Selvick, Assistant Director, Student Development Programs, Belonging & Student Support
Stephanie Selvick, Ph.D., is an assistant director in Belonging & Student Support within Student Engagement & Well-Being. She brings 15 years of experience working in higher education building programs that bridge classroom and community-based learning. Currently, they develop high-impact belonging initiatives to enhance the co-curricular graduate student experience at Georgia Tech.
Stephanie earned a PhD in English from the University of Miami, specializing in global literature and gender equity. She first worked as an assistant professor of English and International Studies at Utica University. Later, they served as LGBTQ+ Center Director and Women’s & Gender Studies instructor at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
Outside of work Stephanie enjoys participating in Atlanta’s rich civic life through her neighborhood planning unit.
